Pastor Rick Wright's Update

It is SUMMERTIME, and at CCW that means we are going in full effect!  We have had our Go Tell Teen and Hargis Kids Camp, we are in the midst of our kids day camps, and right around the corner from VBS. We love opportunities for ministry and the sharing of God's greatness!

This Sunday we are kicking off a summer series entitled, "The Greatest Hits." Do you remember when you bought a CD, tape, or album labeled the greatest hits? That meant you were getting the very best of your favorite music.  The Book of Psalms is filled with sacred songs and poetry. The portrait of worship in the Psalms offers us glimpse after glimpse of hearts aligned to God, individuals repentant before Him, and lives transformed through experiences with Him. It is the Greatest Hits of song and life. We can't wait to dive in this week and look at Pastor Rick's sermon from Psalm 15, "Stand By Me."
