CCW Weekly Update

We are nearing Independence Day. How fitting that we have been studying a series at CCW called "Of Life and Liberty."  This coming Monday, the 4th of July, we celebrate the joy and privilege of living in the United States. Our celebration is one of remembrance for those who gave their lives to secure our freedoms and for the gift that God has given us to be in America! God Bless America!

Have you ever seen fruit growing apart from the vine, tree, or plant to which it was connected? Of course not! It is impossible for fruit to flourish or even stay alive if disconnected from its source.
In our walk with Christ, we must stay in His presence or we will not mature or bear spiritual fruit.  Paul implores the Galatians to walk in the freedom all of us have through the Holy Spirit to strengthen us against the flesh. In His Spirit  is the marker of Jesus for every believer enabling them to have love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.  Join us Sunday as we look at Freed to be Fruitful.

Sunday School is available for adults and children.  Find your place at 8:45!  The elementary age children are in Children's Church and the nursery is open.

If you haven't visited CCW, we'd love to have you!  Click on the I'm New Here button below for more information.  You're welcome anytime, but you can also schedule a visit, so we'll be looking for you!
