CCW Weekly Update
Join us this Sunday, as we continue God's Oneliners, our study through the book of Proverbs. The focus this week is Proverbs 5. The theme verse is 3:15 which says, “drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well.” This isn't exactly talking about water, but is an illustration about satisfying our sexual desires out of our own marriage. At no time in human history has sexual immorality been as prevalent and as public as it is today. Opportunities for sexual sin are in your face almost everywhere, and many who indulge are proud of it, to the point of even being boastful. They try justify their lifestyle and insist that their conduct is only natural. But all the excuses in the world do not change this reality - when God’s moral standards are rejected and ignored, people, societies, and nations will suffer the consequences. Although times and people change, moral absolutes do not. What was morally wrong in Solomon’s day is morally wrong today. This Sunday we will see what God says about The Law Of Sex.We continue to make sure that we meet in a super clean, and sanitized building. Sunday School is available for adults and children. Find your place at 8:45! The elementary age children are in Children's Church and the nursery is open.
