Dear Church Family,
God’s Word is the ultimate authority in this world. What God says is far more important than our opinions. CCW is committed to presenting Clear Biblical Truth, because it is so essential to our lives as Christians. This is why it is one of our core values. This Sunday we will see how the words of Jesus changed the disciples livesin Luke 5:1-11. When God's word comes to you, it will have an impact on you as well. I can't wait to share this beautiful story of how the word of God changes lives. Come early as we look at what God’s word will do for you and me when we allow it to have the same place in our hearts that the disciples allowed for Jesus that day.
We've set aside a special time, January 15-31, for Prayer and Fasting as a church. Join us and ask the Lord, how He would have you to participate in this special time. We have so much to pray for...
a building project on the new land, we need God's guidance, providence, provision, favor and protection. a mission to build up the living body of believers (the church, not a building), we need everyone to participate and exercise their gifts for the building up of the body.
God's Spirit to fill us so we walk by faith, in his power, in his love, according to the truth of the Word.
holy boldness and compassion to share the good news of Jesus.
For our Fellowship Meal, we will share BBQ Chicken, Potato Salad, Macaronia & Cheese, Green Beans, Cabbage, and Salad. Bring your favorite side dish to share! This is a great time to introduce yourself to someone and invite them to sit with you so you can chat over lunch. Thank you for pitching in and helping with the set up of the tables and chairs, the serving of the food and the clean up. Many hands make light work!
Join CCW early every Sunday morning for Bible study at 8:45 am.
I can't wait to see you Sunday!
