Pray Always with all prayer

This Sunday we are going to learn about the proper fuel for the spiritual life. Prayer supplies the energy needed to wear our spiritual armor and wield our sword. We cannot fight spiritual battles in our own strength running on our own human efforts. We have to rely on prayer. We are to ask our Heavenly Father for the things we need. God has what we need (Psalm.24:1), and has said He will provide what we need (Philippians 4:19). Therefore, the only conclusion we can reach for why we don’t have what we need is that we have not asked (James 4:2). We end up worrying when we should be asking. It is the rule of the Kingdom that we must ask (Jeremiah 33:3).This Sunday we will see how we can pray always with all prayer.
