Week 3 – What We're Learning

Hey parents! Take a look at what we're studying this Sunday:

This week, we will be learning about David and the Ark (2 Samuel 5–6).
Brite Idea: God is worthy of worship.
Series: King of Kings

We will learn how God gave David many victories and how David will bring back the ark of the covenant with joyful worship. We will see that when Michal becomes upset at David for dancing, he will remind her that honoring God matters more than what others think.

We will also discover that the ark showed God’s presence with His people and that Jesus will later come as Emmanuel—God with us—so we can be with Him forever.
