This Sunday, we will be looking at how we live out our Christianity in the Work Place. Man was created for work, beginning in the Garden, before sin and thorns entered the world. Work, in and of itself, is a divine occupation for developing and gladdening human life. God has good purposes in mind when we work. In 2 Thessalonians, chapter three Paul writes to new converts who tended to neglect their daily work because of their interest in spiritual things, and so Paul takes remedial steps to rightly relate Christianity to work. We’ll delve into how to live a spiritual life, while living in the earthly realm too.
