We're excited to have you come and speak at CCW. Here's what our media team needs to make your message land as well as it possibly can.
PLEASE SEND EVERYTHING BY THE MONDAY BEFORE YOU PREACH.
That gives our team the week to build your graphics, load your notes into the app, and print the outline for note-taking.
WHAT WE NEED
TWO THINGS, AND ONE IS OPTIONAL.
STEP ONE
YOUR SERMON OUTLINE
Send us an outline with your scripture references marked, ideally showing exactly where you'd like each verse to come up on screen. That one document does three jobs for us: your notes go into the CCW app, we print a fill-in outline for people who take notes by hand, and our graphics team builds the screens from it.
STEP TWO
VIDEO OR AUDIO CLIPS
Using a clip during your message? Send a YouTube link along with the in and out times you want. One thing to know up front: if a clip has music attached or comes from a copyrighted film, we can only play about fifteen seconds of it. That keeps the church clear of licensing problems, and it's worth knowing before you build a point around a longer clip.

Over-ear or handheld. Let us know and we'll have it ready at sound check.
RESPONSE OR INVITATION
If you plan to close with a response, tell us so worship and our team are ready for it.
THE DAY ITSELF
SUNDAY AT CCW.
We gather at 10:00a in the Worship Center at 9474 Highway 55 in Harpersville. Come as you are; our church is casual and so is the platform.
Someone from our team will meet you when you arrive, walk you through sound check, and go over the order of service. If you'd like a specific arrival time, just ask and we'll set one.
