Humility over Hierarchy

What a tremendous Harvest Jam weekend we had! There were over 2,100 people on campus Saturday and Sunday between Harvest Jam, Friend Day, and Upward Soccer. I am so thankful for God's open doors to reach our community and for a church family who serves so graciously. You guys are AWESOME! 

In Daniel 4, we may finally receive resolution to the spiritual roller coaster, that is King Nebuchadnezzar. He has yet another dream and the outplay of the consequences shake him to the core. Literally in part of the chapter we find him face down on his belly. Have you ever been at a crossroads and it seemed you had to make a giant step, spiritually? King Nebuchanezzar has battled the opulence of himself, the grandeur of being the lord of Babylon, and what he continually observes through the LORD of Heaven, in these Hebrews creating a self-conflict that requires a resolution. James says, "God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble."
