Our desire is to make this shift simple and efficient for you. Below, are steps to help you migrate to the Subsplash Giving platform from the Planning Center platform

Step One: Let’s Get You Signed up on Subsplash!

You can setup your account by clicking the button below and choosing the frequency of your donation

STEP TWO: LET’S CANCEL YOUR RECURRING GIFT THROUGH PLANNING CENTER.

Do you have a recurring gift through planning center?

There are two options to cancel your recurring giving through Planning Center 

Option 1:

Cancel your own recurring giving on Planning Center

Sign in to Planning Center
SIGN IN NOW

2.

Once you sign in with your cell or email, scroll to the bottom of that page and click on "My Giving"

Next, on the left click Recurring Donations

Click on the Edit pencil on the right

Click on the Edit pencil on the right

Option 2:

We can cancel for you.  

Our Giving team will get notified when there is a new recurring giving set up in Subsplash Giving.

 
Once we receive that notification, we will log into Planning Center and cancel your recurring giving on your behalf.
