Harvest Jam Show Team:
- Park at Heath Hughes Cabinet shop right beside Dollar General.
- Please arrive in enough time (preferably 2:45p) to be at the 3p Serve Team meeting in the gym. We will go over all the details for the day.
- Make sure at your stations that each person has an armband. If not, ask them to go to registration. This is for safety as well as the info we can gather to minister to people after the event
- For shift change, please be available at the station 5 min before time for an easy transition
- Hospitality area (Kids Worship room) available for you as the Serve Team. Please understand to keep kids lobby clear as this is where candy will be given out
- For anyone that can stay and help clean after Show 2, we can get started early as Show #2 ends at 6:30p and get the gym set back up and cleaned up
- Interact with people and thank them for being here
SAFETY FIRST!!
Setup/Teardown:
- During the event we will need your help to keep trash cans emptied
- Post event we will need help get the campus back together and ready for Friend Day Sunday
- Everyone can help cleanup their station as soon event is over at 7p (unless in the gym)
Photo Booth (if asked):
- Protect the line so people can get photos
- Keep the line moving as quickly as possible
First Responder:
- Setup in normal Sunday spot
- Be ready in case a need arises
Food/Drink:
- Try and limit to 1 of each per person if at all possible
Greeters:
- People enter the left doors and exit the right doors going towards the kids building to get candy
- Straighten up as best as possible after each show
- Doors open 10 min before each show
Inflatable Village:
- Safety first!
- Please limit amount of people going in each inflatable
- Keep smaller inflatables for younger kids only
Parking:
- Safety first!
- Please use signs as well as wear vest and keep traffic flow moving
- Stay in spots to help traffic flow
Carnival Rides:
- Safety first!
- Try and keep crowds spread around
Registration:
- Pre-registered line direct to move thru quicker
- Registration line: hold signs up (text ccwshow to 94000)
- Everyone needs an armband to participate on the day
Security:
- Safety first!
- Be alert and aware
Hospitality team:
- Serve our Serve team
Harvest Jam Show Team:
- Sound check at 3:30p
- Show #1 is at 4:55p
- Show #2 is at 5:55p
- Please be in place 10 min before show time
