Please wear your yellow Serve Team shirt.  We will have a few extra if you don't have one.

Everyone:
  1. Park at Heath Hughes Cabinet shop right beside Dollar General.  We will have CCW Shuttles that will run for you to get back and forth.
  2. Please arrive in enough time (preferably 11:45a) to be at the 12p Serve Team meeting in the gym.  We will go over all the details for the day.
  3. Make sure at your stations that each person has an armband.  If not, ask them to go to registration.  This is for safety as well as the info we can gather to minister to people after the event
  4. For shift change, please be available at the station 5 min before time for an easy transition
  5. Hospitality area available for you as the Serve Team
  6. For anyone that can stay and help clean after Show 2, we can get started early in the cleanup process while Egg Hunt is on going
  7. Interact with people and thank them for being here

Shuttle Team:
  1. Arrive at 11a to grab your van
  2. Once most of the Serve Team has arrived, depart as needed to take Serve Team back to their vehicles

Setup/Teardown:
  1. During the event we will need your help to keep trash cans emptied
  2. Post event we will need help get the campus back together and ready for Easter Service on Sunday
  3. Everyone can help cleanup their station as soon as we direct people down to the egg hunt.  That is last focus point after show #2.

Easter Bunny Booth:
  1. Protect the line so people can get photos
  2. Keep the line moving as quickly as possible

First Responder:
  1. Setup in normal Sunday spot
  2. Be ready in case a need arises

Food/Drink:
  1. Try and limit to 1 of each per person if at all possible

Greeters/Tickets:
  1. Give out tickets as people enter for each show.  Show 1 at 2p and Show 2 at 3p.
  2. Straighten up as best as possible after each show
  3. Doors open 10 min before each show

Ice Cream Truck:
  1. Try and limit to 1 per person

Inflatable Village:
  1. Safety first!
  2. Please limit amount of people going in each inflatable
  3. Keep smaller inflatables for younger kids only

Parking:
  1. Safety first!
  2. Please use signs as well as wear vest and keep traffic flow moving
  3. Stay in spots to help traffic flow

Petting Zoo:
  1. Safety first!
  2. Try and keep crowds spread around

Registration:
  1. Pre-registered line direct to move thru quicker
  2. Registration line: hold signs up (text ccwshow to 94000)
  3. Everyone needs an armband to participate on the day

Security:
  1. Safety first!
  2. Be alert and aware

Hospitality team:
  1. Serve our Serve team

Eggstravaganza Show Team:
  1. Sound check at 12:30p
  2. Show #1 is at 2p
  3. Show #2 is at 3p
  4. Please be in place 10 min before show time

Egg Hunt:
  1. Last event of the day at 3:45p (or as soon as show 2 is over people are directed down)
  2. All egg hunts will be done by age group.  Have several entry points for each age group.
