Pastor Danny Lovett's Weekly Update
Mother's Day is almost here! I hope you're ready to honor the mothers in your life in a special way. Paul reminded us in 1 Timothy 5 that raising children is a "good deed", so show your appreciation! Sunday morning, we'll be recognizing all our mothers and especially honoring the oldest mother present and the mother with the most children (and grandchildren) present. Baby dedication will also be a part of the service. Baby dedication is really a time for parents to dedicate themselves to raising their children in a Christian home.
Home Building is the topic for this Sunday's message. We have several very interesting guests that will be sharing what it means to build a godly home - you don't want to miss the dramatic visuals as Barb the Builder, Betty the Baker, Beth the Balancer, and Bess the Beautifier join us for Sunday worship. "Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it" (Psalm 127:1). We continue to make sure that we meet in a super clean, and sanitized building. Our chairs are spaced apart in family groups, to make being together but separate as comfortable as possible. Sunday School is available for adults and children. Find your place at 8:45! The elementary age children are in Children's Church and the nursery is open.
If you haven't visited CCW, we'd love to have you! Click on the I'm New Here button below for more information. You're welcome anytime, but you can also schedule a visit, so we'll be looking for you!

Can't wait to see you Sunday! Jesus is Awesome!
