Pastor Danny Lovett's Weekly Blog - 10/25/2018

We have a treat in store for Sunday!  Bishop Rejoice Ndalima, or as we know him, Ben's father, will be preaching for us.  As our so-laborer in Tanzania, this man is a church planter, a shepherd and leader to over 300 pastors and churches, and a man who preaches the gospel of Jesus.  His wife, Beatrice is an educator and a godly support to her husband.  We are blessed to have them in Alabama for a few weeks, but this will be your only opportunity to hear a message from him at CCW.  You don't want to miss it!  

We've got some great opportunities for you to be a part of community outreach during the days of fall.  The Fall Food Drive to stock the food pantry, Trunk or Treat,  is THIS Wednesday, October 31, to share Jesus with the community children and families through candy and games, and Friend Day, November 4, a special day to bring a friend!  Get involved in meaningful, fulfilling service for the Lord.  

For our fellowship meal after church, we'll be serving roasted pork loin with mashed potatoes.  You are always encouraged to bring a dish to share with our family and guests.  You're the Love in the Love Feast.  Thank you for pitching in and helping with the set up of the tables and chairs, the serving of the food or the clean up. Many hands make light work!
