Be careful what you say. Proverbs 12:18 says "Reckless words pierce like a sword but the tongue of the wise brings healing.” Careless words can hurt people. Not only can they influence a person’s self-worth, they can actually shape a person’s destiny. Your words either build people up or tear them down. Solomon contrasted reckless words and wise words, one pierces and the other brings healing.  Here’s a truth we don’t like to acknowledge; what comes out of our mouth reveals what’s in our heart (Matthew 15:18).
All our “I didn’t mean its” don’t change what we said, or undo the damage that is done. So be careful what you say and let your words be healing not hurting.

For our Fellowship Meal, we'll enjoy roasted chicken, mac and cheese. and broccoli casserole.  It's a great time for sweet fellowship and making new friends.  Bring your favorite dish to share.  Thank you for pitching in and helping with the set up of the tables and chairs, the serving of the food or the clean up.
